Silikonikiinnitteinen polyuretaanivaahtosidos. Kiinnittyy helposti ja pysyy hyvin paikoillaan. Sidos kiinnittyy hellävaraisesti ja on kivuton poistaa. Ei vahingoita ympäröivää ihoa. Sidos on hengittävä ja hyvin imukykyinen. Soveltuu haavoille, joiden koko on korkeintaan 3 cm x 3 cm.

Käyttötarkoitus:

Silikonikiinnitteinen polyuretaanivaahtosidos, jossa silikonikiinnitys koko sidoksen alueella. Soveltuu vähän erittäville haavoille. Mukautuu joustavasti kehon muotoon ja liikkeisiin ja pysyy hyvin paikoillaan. Reunallista border versiota voi käyttää myös suihkussa, sillä sidoksen pinta on vedenkestävä. Minimoi kipua ja vaurioita haavalle sidosta vaihdettaessa. Helppo sidoksen asettaminen ja uudelleen asettaminen haavan tarkistuksen jälkeen. Edistää kosteaa haavanhoitoa.

Käyttöohje

Käyttöönotto: 1. Valitse oikean kokoinen Kliniderm® Foam Silicone joka peittää haavan reunat noin 2cm. Reunustamattomat haavasiteet voidaan leikata oikean kokoiseksi tarvittaessa.2. Irrota poistettava kalvo ennen käyttöä, ja laita kiinnittymätön pinta haavaa vasten. 3. Tarvittaesssa, Kliniderm® Foam Silicone voidaan kiinnittää siteellä tai muulla kiinnitystavalla. Siteen vaihtaminen ja poisto: 1. Kliniderm® Foam Silicone haavaside voi olla paikallaan maksimissaan 7 päivää, riippuen potilaan kunnosta ja haavan tulehdusnesteen vuodon määrästä. 2. Vaihda Kliniderm® Foam Silicone haavaside, kun side on saavuttanut sen absorbointikapasiteetin tai kun haavanhoito-ohjeiden mukaan side olisi hyvä vaihtaa. 3. Poista haavaside hellävaraisesti haavapinnalta ja iholta (samalla tukien ympäröivää ihoa) ja hävitä paikallisten ohjeiden ja sääntöjen mukaisesti. Jos poistaminen on hankalaa, kastele haavaside steriilillä suolavesiyhdisteellä. 4. Tarvittaessa huuhtele haavaa haavanhoito-ohjeiden mukaisesti.
